From 2008 to 2012, our company was engaged in research on the disinfection of ice machines, answering many questions, both practical and theoretical, such as:

– How will it be done?

 

– Where does the microbial load hide?

 

– Where are the hidden and dangerous places?

 

– How will the technician have access?

 

– How will he clean, how will he disinfect?

 

– With what cleaning and disinfecting products?

 

– With what tools?

 

– How will quality control be carried out?

 

– How will the sanitary adequacy of the ice machine be checked?

 

– How will food safety be verified after the use of chemical products?

After years of reflection, research and testing, it was necessary to produce and license products specifically designed for this task, as well as to design and manufacture special equipment, and the time came when the patent for the method of disinfecting ice machines was filed and approved.

The sanitization service now results from the patent for the method of disinfecting ice machines with an international classification code (IPC code): A01N 33/1 .2, C11D 1/62.

All these actions rank our method for the sanitation of ice machines, the safest, most effective and most evidence-based at a global level.
